Thanksgiving Day Buffet:
Brussels sprouts or green beans? Sweet potatoes or whipped potatoes? Pumpkin pie or pecan? With two seatings (noon and 2 p.m.), Hotel Viking takes the guesswork out of planning a Thanksgiving dinner menu with a sprawling buffet sure to please everyone. Priced at $69 per adult, $54 per senior and $25 per child (6–12), Hotel Viking’s Thanksgiving Buffet features a wide-ranging selection of soups and salads, a chilled seafood bar, a chef’s carving station, entrées, sides and desserts (including gluten-free options). Gratuity and taxes are additional. Complimentary valet parking is available.

Hotel Viking’s Prix-Fixe Sit-Down Thanksgiving Dinner:
Priced at $59 per person, the menu begins with a selection of starters including butternut squash and apple cider soup (butternut squash, honey, cinnamon and local cider); baby spinach, radicchio and frisée salad with Maytag blue cheese, dried cranberries, crispy pancetta, roasted pecans and apple cider vinaigrette; and poached shrimp cocktail with pickled cucumbers and lemon. Main course options include a traditional roast turkey dinner with garlic whipped potatoes, brioche and cornbread stuffing, baby carrots, Brussels sprouts, gravy and cranberry sauce; sea-salted prime rib of beef with maple syrup sea salt and horseradish sauce; pan-seared salmon with lemon-pepper blackening, strawberry balsamic, shallot and herb butter; and a vegetarian dish featuring grilled and marinated portabella mushrooms, risotto, yellow squash, zucchini, asparagus, bell pepper and roasted tomato. For dessert: pumpkin pie with cinnamon whipped cream; apple pie with vanilla bean ice cream; and New York-style cheesecake with mixed berry compote. Gratuity and taxes are additional. Thanksgiving To Go:
Order by Nov. 21 and let Hotel Viking do the cooking with Thanksgiving to Go. Priced at $169 (tax and gratuity not included), the traditional Thanksgiving dinner (serves 8–10) includes a 12-pound oven-roasted turkey with stuffing and gravy, a loaf of fresh-baked Italian bread, cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes, butternut squash, baby carrots, broccolini and three kinds of pie: apple, pumpkin and pecan.
